At Hotel Gude , we see sustainability as a central element of our corporate philosophy. As a family-run hotel in its third generation, our aim is not only to offer high-quality hospitality, but also to act as a role model for responsible behavior in the hotel industry. The Hotel Gude is certified to Green Sign Level 4. Our sustainability strategy is holistic and encompasses the areas of social, ecological and economic issues - it is firmly anchored in our mission statement and is actively practiced by all employees.

Within this framework, we have taken concrete measures to minimize our ecological footprint and assume social responsibility. We are committed to continuously improving guest and employee satisfaction. In the area of environmental responsibility, we identify resource-saving potential and develop measures to continuously improve our environmental performance. We clean in an environmentally friendly manner and reduce the use of environmentally harmful and hazardous substances. Our aim is to avoid waste; we dispose of unavoidable waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

Economy

We monitor compliance with laws, official requirements and regulations through internal and external audits. In the event of deviations, we immediately take the necessary measures. We take our economic responsibility seriously, as the Hotel Gude is a part of our own lives and we are jointly responsible for ensuring that our hotel remains successful.

GOALS

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Hotel Gude is guided by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. These goals provide a comprehensive framework for social, ecological and economic sustainability.

Our goals, which were developed on the basis of the 17 Global Goals, form the basis for Hotel Gude's sustainability strategy. By implementing the defined measures, Hotel Gude will not only contribute to achieving the SDGs, but also create a positive and sustainable working environment for all employees.
