Conference support (m/f/d)

Tasks:

They are responsible for the supervision of our events/ banquets.
Preparation and follow-up are also part of their activities.

 

Qualification

You have completed professional training as a hotel-restaurant specialist.
Experience in the demanding gastronomy is an advantage.

Cook (m/f/d) -Demi Chef, Chef de Partie Restaurant Pfeffermühle

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for preparing high quality food for a la carte, banquet menus and buffets
  • You actively cooperate on all posts
  • Compliance with legal guidelines, HACCP guidelines, occupational safety and fire protection

 

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training as a cook. Experience in the demanding gastronomy is an advantage.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and a self-reliant way of working
  • Communication in German
  • You enjoy working in a team and keep calm even in turbulent times
  • You are a role model for our trainees

 

Receptionist

Tasks

 

  • Central contact person for all guest requests and professional support
  • Close cooperation with all departments
  • Cash management and invoicing
  • Complaint handling
  • Check in and check out of the guests
  • Ensure a smooth flow at the front office during shifts
  • Process reservation requests and handle guest correspondence
  • Taking care of the phone: Multitasking is required
  • Representation of our house

 

Your profile

 

  • You have completed vocational training as a hotel manager. Previous experience in the hotel industry is an advantage.
  • Positive charisma and enthusiasm
  • Sense of responsibility and independent working style
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Ability to work in a team
